Saying “ ‘Ali karrama Allaah wajhahu (Ali, may Allaah honour his face)”

Praise be to Allah.

There is no basis for saying this specifically for ‘Ali (may Allaah be pleased with him). It is an example of the exaggeration of the Shi’a.
