There is nothing wrong with that because this is in payment for using the machine. It is as if they are saying, we will serve your customer for you in return for this amount of money.
If the customer of one bank uses the machine of another bank, the second bank takes a certain amount of money from that person’s bank in return for his using their machine. Is there anything wrong with that?
