Four-rak’ah sunnah prayers should be prayed two by two

Question

As-sallamu alaykum; insha-ALLAH i would like to know when making sunnah prayers do you salaam out after two then offer the other two like in the sunnahs before salaatul thuhr or do you offer the four ra'kas like performing salaatul thuhr or asr

Answer

Praise be to Allah.

It is preferable to pray them two by two, saying the salaam after every two rakahs. For more information please see question # 1048.
