Yes, it is permissible for a woman in ihram to wear whatever she wants of garments, but she should not wear adornment before non-mahram men, because there are no special garments for women in ihram, unlike men, because men cannot wear chemises or pants or turbans or burnouses or leather slippers. In the case of women, what is forbidden is to wear gloves or niqab or to adorn themselves. End quote.
