Users can submit a question via the appropriate form. Fill this form out once only.
After filling out the form for submitting a question, the policy for submitting questions to the website will appear.
Write a summary of your question, and a number of results will appear, one of which may be an answer to your question from the answer archive.
If no results dealing with your question appear, then you may click on the “No” button.
Then you can write your question in detail and send it to the website by clicking on the “Send question” button.
You will see confirmation that your question has been sent. You can track your question through the “my question” list.
When the question is answered, a message will appear to alert the user.
