Praise be to Allah.
It is prohibited to enter the toilet carrying the Mus-haf or part of it except in the case of necessity, such as if there is the fear that it will be lost if it is left outside.
It says in Kashshaf al-Qina`, 1/60: It is prohibited to enter the toilet with a Mus-haf except in the case of necessity. It says in al-Insaf: There is no doubt that it is definitely prohibited, and no wise person would have any reservations about that prohibition. I say: Part of the Mus-haf is the same as the entire Mus-haf in this regard. End quote.

With regard to carrying some verses of the Quran, if what is meant is carrying some printed parts or surahs of the Quran for the purpose of reading them or memorizing them, there is nothing wrong with that. But one should not tear them out of the Mus-haf, because that is showing disrespect to the Quran.
But if those verses are carried for the purpose of seeking blessing, warding off the evil eye and the like, this is a matter concerning which the scholars differed, but what is more likely to be the case is that it is not allowed. Please see the answer to question no. 10543.
And Allah knows best.
