Praise be to Allah.
We have not come across anything in the Qur’an or Sunnah to indicate that the Throne of the Most Gracious shakes because of the committing of any sins. Zina and homosexuality are among the most abhorrent of sins and are major sins, but there is no report to suggest that the Throne shakes when they happen, and it is not permissible to claim that this happens without clear, sound, shar‘i evidence.
The Throne is part of Allah’s creation and is under His control. If He wills that it should shake, it will shake by the will of Allah."(Siyar A‘laam an-Nubala’1/297).

However we should point out that there are reports which speak of these immoral actions that mention something more severe and more alarming to the listener than the shaking of the Throne.
Al-Bukhaari (4634) and Muslim (2760) narrated from ‘Abdullah ibn Mas‘ood (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is no one whose protective jealousy is greater than Allah’s, and because of that He forbade immoral actions, both those that are committed openly and those that are committed in secret. And there is no one to whom praise is more dear than Allah, and because of that He praised Himself.” According to another hadith narrated by al-Bukhaari (5221) and Muslim (901) from ‘Aa’ishah, the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “O ummah of Muhammad, there is no one whose protective jealousy is greater than Allah if His male or female slave commits zina. O ummah of Muhammad, if you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much.”
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
Protective jealousy leads to hatred and anger, by means of which a man can ward off the thing that provoked his protective jealousy. Allah, may He be glorified, hates that [shameful deed], for He, may He be glorified, hates everything that He forbade just as He loves everything He that enjoined. In fact, protective jealousy inevitably leads to a strong level of hatred, because everyone hates the thing that provoked his protective jealousy, but not everyone who hates something feels protective jealousy concerning it, hence protective jealousy is more specific and stronger." (Qaa‘idah fi’l-Mahabbah 200-201).
