Praise be to Allah.
The workers who are paid wages in return for their work in the factory and on the farm are the ones who should pay zakaat al-fitr for themselves, because the basic principle is that it is obligatory upon them. (So you do not have to pay it on their behalf).
And Allaah is the Source of strength.
