Praise be to Allah.
If you do wudu naked , your wudu is valid, because uncovering the `awrah or wearing shorts does not invalidate one’s wudu, but it is haram for you to uncover your `awrah in front of anyone except your wife or concubine (a slave woman who belongs to a man and with whom he is permitted to have intercourse).
