Praise be to Allah.
For a woman to use cream on her face does not break wudu, neither does it break one’s fast. Similarly, using lipstick does not break one’s wudu or one’s fast . When one is fasting and these cosmetics have any flavor, they should not be used in any way that may lead to the flavour reaching the throat.
