Lying is prohibited and the one who lies to get a leave should repent to Allah. Lying does not break the fasting but it detracts from the reward of the one who is fasting.

You may engage in foreplay with your wife while fasting, kiss her, embrace her and touch her, if you are certain that you will not ejaculate or have intercourse. If you engage in foreplay with your wife until you ejaculate, you have committed a grave sin. By doing so, you invalidated your fast and you have to offer expiation.

Regurgitation does not break the fast if the person expels the food that comes up. However, if it is unintentionally swallowed, the fast remains valid, as it was beyond the individual's control. Scholars agree that fasting is only broken if food is deliberately swallowed after reaching the mouth.
