The fact that sin happens in Ramadan does not contradict the report that the devils are chained up in Ramadan, because the fact that they are chained up does not prevent them from moving.

If you have the intention of fasting on the first day of Ramadan that you will fast the whole month, that intention is enough to cover the whole month.

If the gel that is taken through the nose does not reach the throat or stomach, rather it is absorbed through the nose, then the fast is valid.

1- The scholars agreed that the fast of one who is junub because of a wet dream is valid. 2- Purification from impurity is one of the conditions of prayer being valid according to scholarly consensus.

It is not permissible for a doctor to break the fast in order to treat patients, unless the patient is in a serious condition and his treatment depends on the attending doctor breaking the fast.

The fast that was done with the intention of observing a voluntary fast cannot count as a fast observed to make up for a missed obligatory fast.
