The Hadith, “Adam was created in His image” means that Allah has a face, an eye, a hand, and a foot, and Adam had a face, an eye, a hand, and a foot. Yet, it does not mean that these things are exactly similar.

Everything other than Allah is created, such as the Throne, the Kursi and Al-Lawh Al-Mahfudh.

Writing any words of the Quran or Prophetic Hadiths, or the beautiful Names of Allah, on plaques or plates and the like is contrary to the teachings of the Messenger of Allah and the practice of the Companions and the leading scholars of the early generations.

These are the four things that Allah created with His Hand: the Throne, the Pen, the Garden of Eden, and Adam. As for all other created beings, they were created by the word “Kun” (Be), and they were.

The Quran is the word of Allah and is not created. What is meant by that is that Allah spoke the words of the Quran, which Jibril heard from Him, and brought down to and conveyed it to Prophet Muhammad.
