Praise be to Allah.
It is permissible to call one’s daughter Hawwa’ and there is nothing wrong with that, because the basic principle regarding names is that they are permissible, so long as the name does not contain anything that is forbidden according to Islamic teachings or have any bad meanings.

This name was known to the early generations. Among the women of the Sahabah was Hawwa’ bint Yazid ibn as-Sakan. Ibn al-Athir said: She was one of the women of the Ansar who swore allegiance to the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). She became Muslim before her husband Qays ibn al-Khatim; she was the daughter of Yazid ibn Hakam. End quote.
