Making du’a after salah is not Sunnah if it is done by raising the hands. If du’a after prayer is done without raising the hands, there is nothing wrong with it.

The matter is broad in scope and a person may stand up at the beginning of the Iqamah or in the middle of it or after it finishes. The majority of scholars are of the view that if the Imam is in the mosque, they should not stand up until the Iqamah ends.

Several scenarios may apply to holding a second congregational prayer in the mosque, some of which are not allowed and some are permissible.
